The application of the Alexander Technique to yoga is gentle, effective

your awareness to the journey of the movement rather than the end posture
itself; we develop attentive awareness with movement and breathing rather than
putting stress on the body to achieve the posture. These principles of

the Alexander Technique bringing natural balance and effortless poise.
The Technique
works on reawakening postural muscles and releasing the movement muscles,
redefining stretching to become effortless and integrated. As you begin to
learn this process you also gain the experience of being mindful, present and connected, which is what we really want from our yoga practice!
