Yoga on the Run - Abbots Hall Park, Kendal

This outdoor session includes a warm up, running round the park interlaced with standing yoga poses with the added twist of the Alexander Technique, enhancing your body awareness, helping you run with improved alignment and more buoyancy in your joints. We will finish with a cool down to improve flexibilty.
Open to everybody—no previous experience required , no special equipment required, just wear your running shoes and appropriate warm clothing.
This class is designed for those who are just starting running and need some guidance, or for experienced runners who would like to improve on their running style. or for those that need some motivation to maintain running over winter months.

Payment by cash on the day or bank transfer in advance to reserve your place. The class will be on, rain or shine.
