Yoga with the added twist of the Alexander Technique
A 2 hour class guiding you through the practice of the Alexander Technique, helping you inhabit your body and then building up to moving into Yoga poses with this deeper sense of awareness. We will finish with a Yoga Nidra to help you experience this super subconscious state of relaxation. There is an option of a social lunch afterwards with Alison Marsden's popular vegan and paleo friendly food (light lunch of soup, salad and a naughty free dessert).
