Nurture your soul and enjoy a peaceful mind at this one day yoga retreat
with Alison Marsden MSTAT BA teaching since 2001
Accessible yoga for all levels of ability, with enlivening yoga in the morning and drawing foraged foods in the afternoon with Fiona Clucas.

A light lunch will be provided from Alison Marsden’s popular recipes helping you reset your digestion with food prepared from local organic suppliers (where available) satisfying your taste buds and energising your body. Vegan, with no pulses or grains, suitable for Paleo diets. Special dietary requirements may be catered for—please get in touch to discuss your needs.
