Arrival from 2pm, depart Saturday 11th Sept 2021 by 10am.

Meals will be provided from Alison Marsden’s popular recipes helping you reset your digestion with food prepared from local organic suppliers (where available) satisfying your taste buds and  energising your body. Vegan, with no pulses or grains, suitable for Paleo diets. Special dietary requirements may be catered for—please get in touch to discuss your needs.

Prices start from £347 full board 4 star accommodation. Early bird discount £20 off by 16th July 2021

Discounts of £10.00 off for existing clients attending classes or for those that have been on a Rebalance Your Diet course. 

Accommodation: Double ensuite, double, or twin. Non residential accommodation also available in the neighbours garden in a tepee or caravan. Prices below.

The time table of the weekend will approximately be 

Thursday arrival from 2pm

5pm-5.40pm Arrival and yoga practice

6pm Light evening meal 

Evening to explore the area and settle in.

8.30pm Pyjama yoga


7am - 8.15am Slow flow yoga ending with yoga nidra 

8.45am Light breakfast

10.00am - 11.30am Cookery demonstration by Alison Marsden

1.00pm Lunch

4.00pm - 4.30pm Yoga nidra

4.30pm Energy testing with Hazel Macfarlane

5.30pm Light evening meal

8.00pm Pyjama yoga followed by sound bath with Karen Balmer


7.00am-8.00pm Slow flow yoga ending with yoga nidra

8.15am Light breakfast

Cancellation policy 

Once you have booked , our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable.  Once you have paid the full amount and, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend, if the booking can be re-let you will get 70% of the total booking refunded. However if it cannot be re-let then no refund can be made.  Should COVID-19 restrictions mean that you have to cancel, please contact us to discuss a possible transfer to another date. I would advise that you take holiday insurance and check the policy details with clarity. In the case of a national lockdown the retreat will be rescheduled to another date.
