What the retreat offers you:

This retreat offers you structure to have some quality time for yourself in a supported environment to lead you to a place of peace and clarity.​​

There’s a simple structure to follow, with the option of cooking nourishing recipes from the PDF, that we will prepare in advance of the retreat, that give your digestion a rest.​

The atmosphere will be calm and inviting - you can join as much or as little as feels right.

What's included in your retreat:

Support during the whole retreat and afterwards via a WhatsApp group.​

You’ll be able to continue practising in your own time after the retreat with the live recordings of three yoga sessions.

You’ll also get the Winter Routine Diet Programme from The Jigsaw Method as a PDF.

We will follow a gentle two meal rhythm to give your digestion a break, and you’ll have the option to join one of my monthly online support meetings for The Jigsaw Method. Recordings will also be available.​​

You will also have the option to attend one of my weekly online Stillness classes. Recordings will also be available.
You will be part of a small group - just eight people — so it feels personal and supportive, with space for individual contact.
About Alison
I’ve been teaching yoga for 25 years and started practising 35 years ago. I specialise in weaving the Alexander Technique into yoga, focusing on alignment, ease and awareness. I have been running retreats for 5 years and teaching weekly classes for 25 years. I’m also a qualified doula, and I truly value the role of environment and inner space in deepening your practice. 5.00pm-6.00pm Lazy yoga session with yoga nidra - on Zoom.

6.00pm - 7.00pm Evening meal no screens, all off line following guide in the PDF file. Whatsapp group available for any queries.

Following the guide in the PDF file we will stop eating after 7.00pm and stop drinking after 8.00pm them early to bed by 10.00pm

8.00am-9.30am Morning yoga practice with sound meditation - on Zoom.

9.30am-10.30am Breakfast no screens, all off line following the guide in the PDF file. Whatsapp group available for any queries.

10.30am - 12.30pm Scheduled free time to have a walk or a meditative activity.
​​
12.30pm-1.00pm Short yoga practice to energise your body​ - on Zoom.
