Online Winter Home Retreat


Are you longing for the feeling of a retreat but unable to get to one in person?

Maybe you enjoy practising at home, creating your own cosy space. Perhaps you like connecting with others but also value having time and space for yourself.


Are you already joining a weekly class and feeling drawn to deepen your practice?

Perhaps you’re curious about going beyond your usual yoga routine and exploring seasonal living or finding ways to feel more in tune with nature.


And yet… maybe it’s hard to set time aside for yourself. Maybe creating clear boundaries or a dedicated space doesn’t always happen.

Maybe finding a routine feels tricky, or you simply don’t have the structure you need to build a steady rhythm.

 

What the retreat offers:

This retreat offers gentle support and a pocket of time just for you.

There’s a simple structure to follow, with nourishing recipes that give your digestion a rest.

The atmosphere is calm and unhurried, and everything is optional — you can join as much or as little as feels right.


There will be a WhatsApp group for support during the retreat and afterwards. You’ll receive recordings of three yoga sessions so you can continue practising in your own time. You’ll also get the Winter Routine Diet Programme from The Jigsaw Method as a PDF.


We will follow a gentle two meal rhythm to give your digestion a break, and you’ll have the option to join my monthly online support meeting for The Jigsaw Method, as well as the weekly Stillness class. Recordings of both will be available.


The group is small — just eight people — so it feels personal and supportive, with space for individual contact.

 

About Alison

I’ve been teaching yoga for 25 years and started practising 35 years ago. I specialise in weaving the Alexander Technique into yoga, focusing on alignment, ease and awareness. I’m also a qualified doula, and I truly value the role of environment and inner space in deepening your practice.

Early to bed

Sunday 18th Jan 2026

7.30am-9.00am Morning yoga practice with sound meditation

9.00am-10.00am breakfast no screens all off line following the guide in the PDF file

10.00am - 12.30pm Free time to have  a walk or a meditative activity

12.30pm-1.00pm Short yoga practice to energise your body

1.00pm-2.00pm lunch no screens all off line following guide in the PDF file

2.00pm-2.30pm Reflections and closure of retreat.
