Online Winter Home Retreat - Jan 2025


Are you longing for the feeling of a retreat but unable to get to one in person?

If any of this resonate, then this 2 day online retreat is perfect for you.

What the retreat offers:

1. This retreat offers you structure to have some quality time for yourself in a    supported environment to lead you to a place of peace and clarity.

2. There’s a simple structure to follow, with nourishing recipes that give your digestion a rest.

3. The atmosphere will be calm and inviting - you can join as much or as little as feels right.

What is included in the retreat:

1. There will be a WhatsApp group for support during the retreat and afterwards.

 

2.You’ll receive recordings of three yoga sessions so you can continue practising in your own time.

 

3. You’ll also get the Winter Routine Diet Programme from The Jigsaw Method as a PDF.

 

4. We will follow a gentle two meal rhythm to give your digestion a break, and you’ll have the option to join one of my monthly online support meeting for The Jigsaw Method. Recording will also be available.

5.You will also have the option to attend one of the weekly online Stillness class. Recording will also be available.

 

The group will be small — just eight people — so it feels personal and supportive, with space for individual contact.

 

About Alison

I’ve been teaching yoga for 25 years and started practising 35 years ago. I specialise in weaving the Alexander Technique into yoga, focusing on alignment, ease and awareness. I have been running retreats for 5 years and teaching weekly classes for 25 years. I’m also a qualified doula, and I truly value the role of environment and inner space in deepening your practice.

4.30pm Arrival and introductions - on Zoom.

5.00pm-6.00pm Lazy yoga session with yoga nidra - on Zoom.

6.00pm - 7.00pm evening meal no screens, all off line following guide in the PDF file. Whatsapp group available for any queries.

Early to bed

Sunday 18th Jan 2026

7.30am-9.00am Morning yoga practice with sound meditation - on Zoom.

9.00am-10.00am breakfast no screens, all off line following the guide in the PDF file. Whatsapp group available for any queries.

10.00am - 12.30pm Scheduled free time to have  a walk or a meditative activity.

12.30pm-1.00pm Short yoga practice to energise your body​ - on Zoom.

1.00pm-2.00pm lunch no screens, all off line following guide in the PDF file. Whatsapp group available for any queries.

2.00pm-2.30pm Reflections and closure of retreat - on Zoom.

Whatsapp group available for any queries after the retreat.

 

What you will need to provide:

  1. Ability to use Zoom

  2. A warm and comfortable space so you can move freely for your yoga practice and I can see you clearly on Zoom

  3. Blankets and books to rest your head on.
