Walking with that Spring in your Step


As adults we have lost that child like spring in our step. Our own body maps may have contributed to this where we believe that we are made up of stacked up bones and gravity only falls down us. In reality this is not the case. We also have an anti gravity system and are made up of thousands of springs. Building this into our conscious thinking can change they way we experience walking. We can ‘fall up’ and have the expansion of a spring when walking. If you think of a tennis ball how does it respond when you throw it to the ground? This is how we can move too.
