Moving with an anti-gravity system.

Our own body maps may have contributed to muscular and joint problems where we believe that we are made up of stacked up bones and gravity only falls down us. We also move as if we need to lift up against gravity when in reality this is not the case. We have an anti-gravity system and are made up of millions of springs. Building this into our conscious thinking can change the way we experience movement. We can ‘fall up’ and have the expansion of a spring when walking, bending to pick something up and moving in and out of a chair.
